Underground Works in Business and Commerce Complex in Ra`anana

In the Gev-Yam Ra`anana complex two 10-storey office blocks have been erected over two commercial floors, with an overall area of about 72 thousand sq.m. The centre, whose construction was completed in 2023, forms part of a major business park also including a spacious car park extending over a 32,000 sq.m. area. 

Within the site area, Base Pile undertook a variety of infrastructure works lasting a 9-month period and including shoring works by means of a 60 cm. thick slurry head beam and at a depth of 26 metres, excavations amounting to a volume of 80,000 cu.m. for 3 parking levels, and the placement of 300 ground anchors by spiral drilling. Works on the construction site proceeded with the aid of the Company’s fleet of advanced excavator cranes, operated by skilled and experienced professionals while comprehensively profiling the ground conditions.
