The JLR complex, currently being constructed in one of the most desirable commercial property areas in Petah Tikva, will include a 27-storey office tower and commercial space of approx. 200 sq.m. above a 4-level underground car park with 280 parking spaces. The tower, expected to be completed in 2027, is to house dozens of businesses and serve as an operations centre for the importer of the Land Rover-Jaguar luxury vehicle brands.

On the construction site, extending over an area of about 4 dunams, Base Pile has carried out slurry wall shoring works, excavation and the installation of ground anchors, including polymer anchors as well as jet grout plugging. The volume excavated amounted to around 30 thousand cu.m. and shoring was performed to a thickness of 60 cm.  The works were carried out close to existing urban infrastructures belonging to Igudan (Dan Region Association of Towns for Sewage and Environmental Issues) and other commercial companies, confronting the field crews with complex challenges. A further challenge was the need to remove soil suffering various levels of contamination, under Ministry of Environmental Protection guidelines.
