From Raw to Finishing Materials 

The luxury residential complex presently being built in Kikar HaMedina contains 3 residential towers each rising 40 storeys, 3 underground parking levels and a variety of public spaces.  

As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries have supplied a range of building and finishing materials: BG Bond has provided around 500 bags of plaster and a variety of insulating and waterproofing materials. Nitzavim Ltd. has erected 50,000 sq.m. of plaster walls, uprights and rails, as well as installing omega clamps for gypsum walls and plaster corner pieces for galvanised steel walls. Zahavi Atzmon Ltd. has carried out tile and parquet flooring works over a 45,000 sq.m. area.
