Infrastructure Works as Part of the Construction of a High-Rise Residential Tower

The Megadim Empire tower in the heart of Ramat Gan was erected as part of an urban renewal process, rising to a height of 37 storeys with 198 housing units. 

Within the site area, Base Pile undertook slurry wall shoring works by means of  piles of various diameters and slurry walls enabling the car park to be waterproofed and reduction of the volume of water needing to be pumped out, as part of the construction works. This technique also makes for safe excavation in congested districts, making the utmost use of the area/ . Works on the construction site proceeded with the aid of the Company’s fleet of advanced excavator cranes, operated by skilled and experienced professionals while comprehensively profiling the ground conditions.
