Placement of Anchors beneath Water Table

The Leumi Card building is a 9-storey structure in Bnei Brak extending over an approx. 22,000 sq.m. area, erected over a 4-level underground car park. 

Within the site area, Base Pile performed slurry wall shoring works by means of restraining piles and excavations to the depth of 4 underground parking levels. Works also included the placement of anchors below the water table, including drilling with a casing by a Hütte anchor machine and the use of a jet grout plug. Works on the construction site proceeded with the aid of the Company’s fleet of advanced excavator cranes, operated by skilled and experienced professionals while comprehensively profiling the ground conditions.
